The Spotlight GPS Pet Locator System contains a GPS collar that allows you to always know where you dog is anytime 24 hours a day. The Spotlight GPS service works by allowing you to define safe zones from your computer using satellite images and maps. This allows the user to easily customize their own SafeSpots which are locations where you know your dog is safe, like your backyard, your vacation home or the local park. Whenever your dog leaves a SafeSpot, you’ll receive an alert with your dog’s location by text message, email or both. This system also gives the user the ability to set up multiple alerts. For example, if your primary SafeSpot circles your home, you could make a second SafeSpot that circles your neighborhood. That way, you’d get one alert if your dog left home and another if he left your neighborhood. The Spotlight GPS Pet Locator lets you locate your pet easily using your cell phone, smart phone, blackberry, Iphone, or personal computer. You can call or text message SpotLight 24 hours a day and they will tell you exactly where your pet is located. You can even receive turn-by-turn directions to your lost dog sent to your mobile device and/or your personal computer. There is even a bright LED light visible from over 100 yards that you can activate remotely from anywhere Via Text Message. Spotlight GPS uses T-Mobile so in order for this product to work you must be in a T-Mobile Coverage area. Please check the T-Mobile Coverage Map. Spotlight GPS is compatible with all cell phone carriers, but in order for the GPS locator to communicate it needs to be in a T-Mobile coverage area. This product contains a monthly service charge. Please check the Table to see subscription plans. There are also payment plans where if you pay for months in advance you get great savings. Monthly coverage ranges from 7.99-19.99 depending on frequency of use.
